    So far Gulf Coast has exceeded my expectations. At first I was very hesitant to hire any management company. I had heard only negative experiences with management companies;but,definitely not the case with Gulf Coast. On the contrary,they are very efficient in every aspect of their operations. They take care of all matters in a timely manner. When I make a request I only have to do it once. I don't have to call back a second time to make sure that it was done - something that I've gotten so used to doing with other businesses. They are a very well-managed company within themselves. I respect and trust this company with my property.I very highly recommend them.

    Have played 9 rounds and pace of play is terrible . All rounds have been from 4:30 to over 5 hours long. Please get a marshal on the course that has the authority to control the pace of play.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Review of "Moore-Terihay Agency Inc" at Lakewood Ranch

    I have never made a post about an insurance company because I have never seen one that is willing to go above and beyond, to make sure that you are covered. I called Moore-Terihay Insurance along with many, to get a quote on renters insurance. I currently have coverage that is about to expire and did not want to have a gap in coverage. Other insurance company's were more concerned with not being able to continue coverage during this heavy hurricane season and with Irma on the way but not Moore-Terihay. I have been in contact with Beth at this company and she stayed past her scheduled time to make sure that my family was covered. Even after getting an extremely reasonable quote, she quickly answered all of my questions and concerns without any hesitation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for home, renter's or car insurance. Finding a solid agent that actual cares is so difficult, especially today. For this reason, I had to share my experience. Thank you Moore-Terihay and Beth for being there when my family and I needed you. I can't say the same for my current providers Assurant Specialty Propery (Renter's) and Geico (car).

    I was so impressed with the service I received from the Jerry Brunson Allstate Agency that I actually changed all my insurance policies to this agency. I first contacted Andy Ellis to see if he could help me with my medical and drug insurance plan needs and based on how he handled it, I added home insurance, auto insurance, and umbrella insurance. Andy patiently answered all questions, and when he wasn't sure of an answer, he researched the question and got back to me very quickly with the correct answer. I would certainly recommend Andy to anyone in the market, or just interested in comparative shopping, for insurance.
